The Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu Blue is a line extension of the popular Havana VI Verocu brand. The Blue is a regular production Nicaraguan puro that features a Corojo ’99 Colorado wrapper. From filler to wrapper, the cigar is made entirely of tobacco grown at the Garcia family farm, which owned by Don Pepin Garcia of My Father Cigars.

Exception flavor in this medium bodied smoke.
I have been a fan of Tatuaje about as long as I've been smoking, but for some reason or another I never picked up the blue version of their classic red-banded Havana blend. It's no doubt a good looking cigar; a velvety Nicaraguan Corojo 99 wrapper drape a Nicaraguan binder and fillers, and the patriotic red and blue bands make for an inviting presentation. Upon lighting I'm greeted with cedar right off the bat. Warm, toasty wooden flavors combined with a pronounced hint of black pepper. I can immediately tell that this cigar is stronger than it appears, a common aspect of a good chunk of Tatuajes portfolio. The construction is excellent, the cigar burns evenly and the draw gives lots of smoke. Going into the second third I start picking up on creamier flavors as the pepper settles down a bit, though it still tingles the nostrils on the retro-hale. The flavor of the tobacco is on the drier side as opposed to sweet, likely owing to the Corojo wrapper. Moving past the second third, the spice lingers and the cigar is getting noticeably creamier. The smooth flavors of cream and cedar are complemented very well by the spice from the black pepper. The Havana Verocu Blue No. 2 is a fantastic, balanced smoke, great for a newbie looking to branch out or an aficionado looking for a solid medium bodied stick. I'd pair this with a sweeter whiskey like a bourbon or an Irish whiskey to further balance the smoking experience.
Good draw. Enjoyable smoke, but I expected better
Great flavor. Spicy and just right.
The taste was great but the burn and draw were not up to par.
Trypically enjoy the Miami Tats, but figured I'd try. Solid cigar. Burn wasn't great, built nicely in strength and nice wrapper finish.
I love this cigar. Love it. It’s smooth, creamy, easy smoking, light, and accessible. I ordered the box and it was beautiful. I went with the No 1 size just because it gives me a bit more smoke for the same price as the No 2. Absolutely recommend this.
when first introduced to this stick I had reservations about it but when I took the first draw and retrohale it whao!!!! I was amazed great great stick that's all I can say
I like these a lot. Medium body. Wood coffee slight sweetness perfect construction
I really like to think of this one as "classic cigar flavors". Not overly complex, but solid burn. On the nose, I think the term is musk, I could only say cat piss, but it's not particularly strong at least. Classic wood, new leather, nuts. Not much change throughout the smoke. Good enough smoke that I pick them up to mix them into my regular routine.
Did not care for this one. For me it was a miss.
Exquisite.
