I think your website is great and I enjoy doing business with you.

great smokes

I would like to leave a big thank you to the customer support agent who helped me today via live chat. I am traveling from abroad and needed to arrange an in-store pickup for a future date, and he made the whole process completely stress-free. He also took the extra time to look up the reviews for the 60-ring gauge cigars in my cart to ensure they had a good draw, and even gave me helpful cutting tips. His level of detail, patience, and friendliness was truly outstanding. Exceptional customer service like this makes a huge difference. Thank you!
